Key Responsibilities:
Post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, company website, LinkedIn).
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
Assist in managing communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies tailored to the tech industry.
Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics for management review.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the tech industry
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
