Willing to work shift and overtime as required by the production schedule
Responsibilities:
Perform production tasks: gathering, charging, blending, packing, and collecting batch samples for quality control.
Complete and record daily checks (e.g., scale calibration, HACCP, forklift).
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in production areas.
Pack products into designated packaging and label accordingly.
Follow all safety requirements during daily operations.
Interpret decimal readings on shop floor papers and weighing scales.
Adhere to GMP, Quality Control, AIB, Food Safety, HACCP, and safety standards.
Requirements:
GCE "O" level / Nitec certification
Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes;
Good written and Verbal communication skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
