Job Description
Supervise the contractors’ works to ensure that work is carried in compliance with the design intent, specifications and quality of works required under the terms of contract.
Maintain a Site Diary of events and daily surveillance.
Keep a close check of the contractors’ installation details of items which require specific compliance to CP/manufacturers’ installation instructions.
Ensure timely submissions, review and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, and samples by contractors.
Prepare and update list of outstanding/non-compliance works and submit to the PM for discussion at site/progress meetings.
Resolve site coordination issues with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as directed by Reporting Officer.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering, or other relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant site experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
Familiar with inspection process in a healthcare environment or in any relevant built environment sector.
Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
Able to prepare and plan project schedules using project management tools or Excel programme.
