We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic Warehousing & Logistics team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations within our fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support inventory management and order processing activities
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with 1-2 years of customer service experience. Experience in airfreight or freight forwarding is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer literate and skilled in email communication.
Willingness to work shifts or overtime as required.
