Job Description
To assist Supervisor in overseeing the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment
Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
Ensure that all staff deployed on site adheres to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines
Ensuring proper distribution of workload among the team & providing training and guidance to CSO
Attending to emergencies, urgent calls and implementing contingency plans procedures in accordance to SOPs
Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
Submitting daily statement of accounts together with the relevant reports using the format approved
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
Good team player, with cheerful personality and positive attitude
Able to multi-task and meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
