Salary: $2,400 - $2,600 + OT
Location: East
Working Hours / Days: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri) 8.00am - 12.00pm / 9.00am - 1.00pm (Alt Sat Off)
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
Handle inbound calls and assist customers to make service appointment via e-booking system
Conduct outbound calls and making appointment booking for customers to visit the service centre
Communicate politely and timely with customers on their enquiries, requests and / or complaints via phone channels and convert each engagement into a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with the customers in various systems / databases to assist with future contact / follow-up or process order
Service Excellence
Answer calls promptly, using a courteous tone and appropriate greeting
Transfer calls professionally, informing customers of the transfer details
Conduct follow-up calls for no-show bookings to reschedule appointments
Suggest improvements for customer service standards and procedures
Administrative Support
Assist with opening and closing job cards, payment collection and end-of-day balancing
Perform office administration duties such as filing, sorting of documents, photocopying and recording
Cross-train with peers to ensure smooth centre operations
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in relevant customer service industry
Minimum Diploma and above
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills
Able to handle stress and a good team-player
Comfortable to work on weekends and commit to OT
Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
