  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Site Supervisor supports Facility Development Project Managers in delivering infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and compliance in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain a Site Diary and document progress.
Attend site progress and technical meetings.
Verify installation details and ensure timely approval of shop drawings and submittals.
Monitor project progress and prepare updates.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning with stakeholders.
Track defects and resolve coordination issues.
Lead special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of site experience in healthcare or construction.
Familiarity with inspection processes and additions/alterations in built environments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; 3D Sketchup knowledge is a plus.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage schedules and multitask in a dynamic environment.
