Job Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Ensure that revenue targets are achieved by conducting sales transactions and up selling of merchandises with at various retail stores
Provide excellent guest service and interacting positively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Maintain stock control, merchandise display, and perform stock replenishment with foresight in merchandise forecasting
Maintain good relations with vendors in the delivery and receiving of stocks
Ensure consistent housekeeping standards
Cashiering:
Manages cash register and responsible for opening/closing of POS system
Motivates team and ensures they are focused on customer service and merchandise up selling
Management:
Serves as the bridge between Team Members and Managers
Delegation of duties and maintain all facet of the zone operations in the store
Mentoring and coaching responsibilities for team members
Recognises and strives to meet both internal and external guest needs
Demonstrate efficient planning and manages priorities; anticipates and plans for future work needs
Generate new ideas that have a positive impact on work processes, products, services or businesses
Understand job responsibilities, demonstrate broad job and technical knowledge relating to the products/services, skills or methodology
Supports the Assistant Manager/Manager in all operational aspect
Job Requirements:
Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of supervisory skills in retail / F&B environment
Keen eye for detail – Guest profiles, Team Member’s behaviours/work progress
Able to lift heavy objects and stocks for replenishment
Able to be flexible with different roles in a shift
Able to work on selected weekends and public holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively between Team, Management and Guests
Basic knowledge of visual merchandising
