Responsibilities:

Oversee adjunct school faculty processes, including staff onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance, and handling inquiries.
Manage HR operations such as contracts, claims, data entry, and HR document preparation.
Support recruitment processes, including interviews, contract renewals, and re-employment coordination.
Organize staff development initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and course registrations.
Provide administrative support for HR programs, tracking attendance, processing requests, and updating records in Workday
Handle industry attachment requests, perform data entry, and address general employee inquiries.
Requirements:

Possesses minimum a Diploma in any field with prior administrative experience, preferably in HR operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
