Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Source candidates using job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding documentation.
Design and manage a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-employment checks, such as background verification.
Partner with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Support general HR activities, such as employee engagement and policy implementation.
Maintain HR records, reports, and metrics related to recruitment and hiring.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
Prepare and analyse recruitment metrics to assess hiring strategy effectiveness.
Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and on online platforms.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
