ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Involve in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production
Maintain food quality and standard
Ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness are met
Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen area and equipment
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance kitchen efficiency and ensure smooth operational flow
Completes all other adhoc duties assigned

At least 1 year of relevant experience
Valid Basic Food and Hygiene certification
