Position: Field Service Engineer
Territory: South East Asia
Products: ICP-MS and associated accessories, laser ablation
Customers: Semiconductor (Mainly) and others
Responsibilities:
- Install or relocate equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures. Assess severity of malfunctions and determine if corrective actions required.
- On-site repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems. Replaces defective units, components or parts as appropriate.
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Mechanics, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Skills with Software, Computer knowledge, electronics and mechanics
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal skill and experience in dealing with suppliers and customers
- Experience in the followings preferred:
o Semiconductor Wet Cleaning Process
o Semiconductor Wet Cleaning Equipment (ICPMS, ICP-OES)
o Semiconductor Cleaning Chemical
o Semiconductor Chemical Utility
