Indoor Sales Executive
What would you be doing?
On top of hunting for your own leads through your own network, you will be receiving leads generated from our advertising activities.
Your job would be to acquire new customers and hit the sales target.
Sales activities would include: warm-calling; roadshows; networking events; and other digital activities.
You would also become the go-to person for the client's enquiries to ensure a smooth deployment.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Administrative tasks related to customer’s job requirements; Contract preparation, work permit application etc.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
We're looking for:
Resourceful and driven individuals who could hunt and grow our business
At least 2-3 years of B2C sales experience
You would be liaising with expectant parents, and hence, a candidate who is also a parent would be a plus.
