They are currently looking for an Associate Business Development Manager to help to develop and grow the business in Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
• Craft business plans, spot growth opportunities, and deliver sales reports.
• Cultivate customer relationships by connecting with key decision-makers and nurturing relationships to boost market share.
• Manage new product introductions, participate in key events, and maximize market potential to drive market expansion and product launches.
• Gather market intelligence by tracking competitors, attending industry events, and providing market insights.
• Ensure effective reporting and communication by updating product and market analyses, delivering regular reports, and maintaining team communication.
• Adhere to compliance and policies by following company guidelines and local regulations, and clearly communicating business goals to partner
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical, or Life Science
• At least 6 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in relevant markets
• Strong communication skills
