Job Description
• Lead and implement the company's digital marketing strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to forecast trends.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
• Drive the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social medial, performance marketing and content.
The Successful Applicant
• A degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the retail or ecommerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
• Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
