About the Role:

  • Provide leadership to the Chiller Systems maintenance team members in providing chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
  • Manage the team to achieve set targets.
  • Keep updated in the latest development in chiller technology and offer advice to the team, practical technical information.
  • Recommend, quote and advise internal & external customers on technical & cost matters pertaining to chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
  • Increase revenue for ACMV mobile team according to company’s plan and direction.
  • Sourcing of contractor & supplier.
  • Provide technical advice relating to chillers, ACMV systems to site managers when necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

About You:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in chiller system maintenance, repair, and operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of chiller technologies and ACMV systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in sourcing contractors and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in HVAC systems.
