About you

  • Project Management: Lead and manage property disposition projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Input into strategies for the disposition of real estate assets, including market analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Marketing: Oversee the marketing of properties, engaging Best In capability brokers
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales with buyers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and market conditions to senior management.

Capital Markets:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of capital markets to identify trends and opportunities for property disposition.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for sale and leaseback transactions to optimize financial and operational benefits.

  • Transaction Management: Oversee the execution of sale and leaseback transactions, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively from negotiation to closing.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to evaluate the impact of sale and leaseback transactions on the organization’s financial position.
  • Lease Management: Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing lease management post-transaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sale and leaseback transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on property disposition, capital markets, or sale and leasebacks.
  • Skills:
