Make an Impact by:

• Perform hardening on operating system (Windows / Linux) and network equipment following the Singtel IT Security policies, guideline and standard.

• Create and updates Engineering documents such as SOP and system diagrams, inventories such as video, network, IP address databases, drawings and critical information.

• Provide support and supervision for running project works related to Cyber-Security.

• Conduct day to day system checks to ensure proper operation.

• Assist the Duty Engineers in troubleshooting where applicable.

  
  

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in IT/ Computer Engineering/ Cybersecurity.
• Well-verse in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic understanding in networking and security.
• Basic understanding in operating system in Linux, Windows and security.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Does not mind to travel and work in Bukit Timah Satellite Earth Station.
• Willing to travel to other offices when required.
• Willing to do hands – experience in troubleshooting servers/workstations.
