  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The overall job responsibility is to handle IT Onsite tasks such as remote and telephone support, ticket issuing & monitoring, responsible for patches deployment, and managing end-user requests on a day-to-day basis, taking corrective action where necessary to ensure standards are met. Backup for level 1 and Level 2 technical support to SEA users.

· Manage SCCM deployment for Monthly Security patches and Middleware updates.

· To provide support for VIP users. Monitor and maintain IT security compliance.

· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Provide IT training to end users.

· Performs identifying, repairing, and resolving technical issues regarding basic computers, software, printers, and mobility devices.

· Provides Hardware setup/maintenance and software installation.

· Work on admin work when there is required from superior such as raise PO into the system.

· Min 1 or 2 years experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
