  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Here's what you'll do:

Create Memorable Moments:

  • Engage with customers as a Game Master to ensure they have an extraordinary time, from their warm welcome to celebrating their success after the game.

Elevate Customer Experiences:

  • Be attentive to customers' needs, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Seamlessly Manage Bookings:

  • Assist with on-site reservations and keep game schedules running smoothly.

Deliver Excellence in Service:

  • Ensure customers are well-attended and game sessions start on time to maintain a seamless experience.

Keep Things Running Smoothly:

  • Take charge of shopkeeping tasks, oversee escape room operations, and maintain room availability.

Foster a Welcoming Space:

  • Uphold cleanliness and organization by maintaining basic housekeeping standards.

Be the Go-To Problem Solver:

  • Report and help manage any technical faults or issues with games and shop equipment to ensure operations run flawlessly.

Take Ownership of the Space:

  • Open and close the shop as required, ensuring everything is set up for success.

Collaborate and Thrive:

  • Work closely with a team of passionate individuals to create an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
