Job Description:
- Provide first-level support to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Ensure accurate order processing and delivery tracking
- Assist with returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Respond to queries with professionalism and care
- Record detailed customer interactions in CRM software

Qualifications:
