Job Scope:


Act as the first point of contact for the customers
Supporting Client’s calls using the following sites.
Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.


Job Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in typing and speaking over the phone.


Working Location: Ubi
Training (1-2 weeks): 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Working hours: 11am to 3pm (may be tasked for any shift subjected to volume of calls: 8am to 12pm, 9am to 1pm, 10am to 2pm, 1pm to 5pm)

4 weekday + 1 weekend (Sat/Sun)
