Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end customer service to all passengers and member of public
Attend to their enquiries, feedback, and offer solutions to cater to their needs
Approach and assist passengers with flight related enquiries, introduce and recommend facilities, retail and dining options
Respond to all enquiries from various channels (Calls, Emails, Chatbot and social media)
Respond to all incidents, medical and emergency cases on ground operations and escalate when necessary
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
GCE "O" Level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Pro-active and comfortable performing interaction with passengers
Resourceful & effective in problem-solving
Able to commit rotating shifts
Additional Information:
Training and uniform provided
Transportation Provided
Salary up to $2300 (Including allowances)
4 days work, 2 days off
