Key Accountabilities:
Assist in the development and enhancement of dashboards and data project initiatives.
Engage with diverse teams, including location CBG Credit units, to gather requirements and document changes in processes and data definitions.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, ensuring seamless go-live and post-implementation verification.
Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, conditions, and test cases for UAT and regression testing.
Execute UAT and regression tests in alignment with the approved test plan to achieve expected outcomes.
Promptly escalate critical issues, particularly showstoppers, and ensure thorough documentation of test results (e.g., screenshots, data dumps).
Collaborate with Regional CBG Credit to define essential checks and establish clear criteria for parallel runs and go-live.
Monitor post-launch performance to ensure data integrity and dashboard functionality.
Requirements:
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing is essential.
Familiarity with dashboard tools and data visualization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with documentation and testing tools (JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Appium)
