Our client is a leading investment firm in Singapore and they are looking for a motivated and dynamic individuals to join the team as a Corporate Receptionist
Job Scope
Manage front desk operations: answer/direct calls, receive guests, and serve drinks
Handle courier services, mail, and ad-hoc requests from guests and employees
Assist Office Manager with facilities, equipment, and furniture management
Manage office supplies inventory: record-keeping, ordering, and replenishment
Support company events, CSR initiatives, and ESG compliance/data submissions
Manage name cards, stationery printing, and offsite document storage
Provide admin support for overseas visitors
Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Job Requirements
Min GCE "O" Levels
At least 3 to 5 years of related experience or Receptionist
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Additional Information
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays only, 830am to 6pm
Dress code: Corporate office wear with black blazer
