  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support store development and operations through equipment maintenance, inventory management, cashiering duties, assisting new store set-ups, planogram and other requested duties.

This position offers a work permit to successful candidates.

Working hours:

There are 6 working days each week.

You will be rostered in one of the following shifts:

(A) 8:00-19:00 (B)21:00-8:00

You will mainly be rostered in shift (A).

Job Scope:

Store Operations Support:

Checking & ensuring the completeness of stocks received

Report to HQ if there are shortages and damaged items

Assist in stock ordering to Japan

Monitoring store stock level

Monitors stock delivery schedule

Assist in the preparation of required operations and inventory reports

Prepare daily targets

Provide solutions when problems arise

Assist in doing roster and ensuring staff sufficiency

Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Stock Management & Inventory:

Stock display

Performs stock inbound and outbound and issuing invoice

Assist in store improvement planning and action

Support stock-take

Equipment & Facilities Maintenance:

Store equipment maintenance

Maintain shop cleanliness

Shop POP maintenance

Shop planogram maintenance

Staff Support & Training:

Assist training to staff to ensure work and customer service standards

New store set-up support and training

Assist in doing roster and ensuring staff sufficiency

Cashiering & Office Supplies:

Monitoring the cashier and office supplies sufficiency
