Working Location: Joo Koon
Day & Night Shift: 0720 hrs – 1930 hrs / 1920 hrs to 0730hrs (4-3-3-4 work pattern) - MUST rotate day and night shift monthly
Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + Medical Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
Job Duties:
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, quality yield, and machine utilization.
Maintain process control through routine checks, verification, and repair work.
Perform periodic and preventive maintenance on hardware and system software.
Maintain records for maintenance programs and plant equipment (e.g., air compressors, vacuum pumps, transformers).
Assist the Engineer in managing spare parts inventory to minimize production disruptions.
Ensure production meets quality standards and complies with customer requirements.
Support the Process Engineer in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Assist the Production Supervisor in preventing product non-conformity.
Prioritize workplace health and safety, adhering to all EHS policies and cooperating with related initiatives.
