Responsibilities
As a member of the Learning Operations & Innovation team, you will provide support in learning administration and training events management.
Programme Delivery:
Administer training programmes, including publicising programmes, monitoring and managing course enrolments, coordinating logistical/ administrative requirements, and attending to programme enquiries.
Provide onsite support for smooth execution of programmes, including simple troubleshooting support for technical/ logistical issues.
Collaborate with relevant units for delivery of programmes.
Administer post-programme matters, including preparing course evaluation reports, verifying invoices and payment, maintaining training records etc.
Learning Administration:
Collate data and information to monitor training curriculum effectiveness through the use of MS Excel and other tools.
Maintain Total Learning Plan and prepare training reports.
Facilitate and manage local and overseas training courses and conferences with external training providers and process withdrawals/ cancellation/ postponement (if any).
Learning Operations Metrics
Support Team Leads to track and monitor the team’s adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and SOPs.
Work with Finance Business Partners to provide accurate and timely budget checks on officers’ training records.
