Role Duties:
Manage clients, project team, contractors and suppliers to ensure problem free operations of projects assigned.
Ensure project teams, contractors, workers and staff have the required equipments and tools to complete the projects.
Assist in developing operating policies and procedures in order to administer the projects in a cost effective and safe manner.
Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed at all sites.
Coordinate movement of equipment/tools/machines to work sites per project requirements.
Ensure that services and equipment comply with the contractual pricing, technical and schedule requirements within the cost and other constraints relating to the specific projects.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.
Able to handle technical issues, reports, procedures and any relevant documents related to the projects.
Perform other job duties as requested by Manager.
Role Duties:
Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent
Minimum 3 years on-site experience in project coordination is preferred
Strong anticipation and problem solving skill on site problems to avoid complication
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Well verse in computer literacy
