  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day maintenance of Workday system, ensuring data integrity by performing data cleansing and conducting audits as well as workflow alignment across regions
  • Assist with implementation of new modules, new workflow and upgrades, collaborating with Technology & HR Analytics team and other stakeholders
  • Develop and generate reports to provide useful HR insights
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of non-HR system projects including coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success across regions
  • Act as subject matter expert for HR system

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Information Systems or related field
  • 5 years’ relevant HR experience
  • Proficient in Workday system and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
