Join us in our new venture - Mr B Cafe - specializing in local & western delights, and be a part of our pre-opening team in this exciting phase. Be involved in making decisions, giving suggestions, learning the ropes of how to open a Cafe, and contribute to high service standards to ensure that our customers will have a positive dining experience!

Job Scope;

  • Greet and Welcome customers
  • Process enquiries, reservations and bookings.
  • Lead customers to their tables
  • Take orders & Serve dishes
  • Recommend dishes and ongoing promotions/activities to customers based on their preferences.
  • Process payments
  • Cleaning tables and ensuring cleanliness of the cafe
  • Provide exceptional customer services.

Other day to day responsibilities;

  • Ensuring that all equipment are functioning and well maintained
  • Ensuring food is made correctly and presented well before serving to the customers
  • Following health and food safety standards
  • Report to manager if there are insufficient supplies and stocks for daily operations
  • Collect customer's feedback / Provide suggestions to the floor manager / head chef.
  • Other tasks assigned by floor manager/head chef.

Job requirements:

  • Permanent part time position
