Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to all work instructions associated with the work you are performing.
Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties. (Proper PPE)
Perform jobs in priority order
IAW the required technical data referred to in your job traveler.
Set up machining fixtures, tooling and inserts for turning, grinding or milling.
Measure, mark and scribe dimensional and reference points on materials.
Machine part while monitoring cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunction.
Perform sheetmetal and pressure testing as required.
Use indicators, calipers, venires, micrometers
