Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales to join our IT solutions team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
Organize and track the sales pipeline, leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Assist in preparing tailored sales quotations and proposals.
Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Coordinate sales processes with cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Support the sales team in executing sales initiatives and driving growth.
Requirements:
Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge in sales support / inside sales in technology sector
Good communication skill and teamwork
