JOB DUTIES
• Understand daily and monthly shop sales targets and the plan to achieve it
• Familiar with the top selling items in the shop
• Must be able to operate the POS system with confidence
• Deliver excellent customer service, including being able to
- recommend the appropriate apparel and accessories to meet customers’ needs
- introduce product features and the unique selling points to customers
- explain COLDWEAR sales policy to customers
- encourage customer to sign up for COLDWEAR VIP membership
• Inventory Management – ensure replenishment of merchandise is timely and accurate
• Ensure proper housekeeping, including cleanliness of the shop, proper price tagging, neat display of merchandise, appropriate placement of signage and window display
• Carry out & perform superior's instructions readily & promptly
REQUIREMENTS
• 0 - 2 years of retail sales experience. NO EXPERIENCE IS WELCOME, AS TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
• Experience in winter wear is a bonus
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior or supervisory role
• Committed, hardworking and comfortable working in a retail store environment, retail hours and on weekends
