Manage day-to-day employee-related issues

Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of employees

Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees

Manage regulatory and compliance matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations

Prepare employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use

Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents

Handle hiring pipeline for positions, including advertising, screening and interview arrangement

Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements

Manage leave, including sick leaves and annual leaves

Execute payroll processing in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Staff welfare management

Assist in HR related grant application and administration

Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director / Senior Management
