  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Customer Service Executive – Join Our Dynamic Team!

Location: East
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: $2,400 – $2,800

What You’ll Do

Coordinate air and sea logistics bookings seamlessly.
Liaise with carriers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Provide top-notch service by addressing customer inquiries and updates.
Manage sea documentation, including bookings and Bill of Lading (BL).

What We’re Looking For

️ Min GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.

️ No Exp Welcomed ! Training will be provided !
️ Strong in written and spoken English.
️ Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
️ East Zone residents preferred (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang).
️ Self-driven and eager to take ownership of tasks independently.
️ Knowledge of air/sea logistics is a bonus!
