  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

At GetGo, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. You will be joining the finance team to support on daily operations by processing, keeping track of and record payments & collection in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Day to Day Activities

Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Assist in daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, daily revenue reconciliation against Checkout.com
Assist in validating charges billed to the customer & record receipts
Assist in raising invoices and credit note
Assists with AP & AR management and aging report
Assist in bank reconciliation
Assist in manual charging & refund
Assist in posting to Xero Accounting System
Admin duties include data entry, filing, and scanning of documents

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma in accounting/finance/business management or equivalent studies
Passionate in accounting/finance and keen to learn accounts receivable or accounts payable
Individual that is passionate to drive process improvement for finance
Able to complete task in timely manner
Meticulous, organized, and detailed oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
