We (Pinnacle Credit Services) are hiring Call Centre Service Agent to join our team.
Location: Aljunied
No Exp Are Welcome To Apply - Training Provided
Salaries and Benefits:
- Incentives up to $150 upon staff confirmation
- Medical coverage provided
- 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of clients
2) Arrange payment and follow-up on over-due accounts
3) Perform administrative duties, enquiries, accounts monitoring
4) Update and maintain the credit collection system
5) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
6) 2 Rotating Shifts : Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00am to 7.00pm and 10.00am to 8.00pm.
On Fridays, it will be from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and positive attitude
Entry level with right skill set
Candidates should possess N levels / ‘O’ levels
