Job Description
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure adherence to fire protection standards, regulations, and codes throughout the project's execution.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and field technicians.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and resolve any emerging issues.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, focusing on milestones, risks, and strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Foster effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and prompt resolution of issues.
Lead risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize project risks.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing fire protection or related construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, FM Global, or similar).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, or similar).
Certification in CSCPM and Managing WAH is required.
