Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration or Marketing, Communications
2 years of experience in sales, lead generation preferably in childcare, non-profit, or fundraising
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within childcare or fundraising sectors
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients and donors
Experience working with CRM software to track leads and donations (Salesforce)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets
