Quality Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor quality trends and provide feedback on any abnormal line fallout, collaborating closely with Engineering and Production teams to drive process improvements
• Communicate with and update customers regarding special quality issues, evaluations, or failure analysis
• Attend regular customer meetings, report action items, and ensure timely responses to Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and the closure of action items
• Ensure timely disposal of non-conforming materials or parts and collaborate with both suppliers and internal teams to address component or part quality issues, following up on corrective and improvement actions
• Track customer returns and work with internal teams to develop feedback or action plans to prevent recurrence
• Prepare Quality Control/ Quality Assurance reports according to Customers’ standards
• Assist the Quality Management System (QMS) team in conducting internal and external quality audits
• Monitor in-house quality performance to ensure alignment with established KPIs
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015,) and auditing processes
• Familiarity with failure analysis and root cause analysis techniques
• Experience working with customers to address quality concerns, manage corrective actions, and report on performance
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and methods for quality control
• Experience with managing non-conformances and working on continuous improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
