Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Warehousing

  • Position Title: Sales Executive

  • Working Location: No.46 East Coast Rd, #09-06, Eastgate, Singapore 428766

  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.45 am-6.00 pm; Sat, 8.30 am - 1.00 pm)

  • Salary Package: Basic salary + AWS + Commission + Variable Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent Role

  • Need to work alternate Saturday before probation

  • After probation one month once work on Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle regular customer accounts efficiently.

  • Liaise with customers and external departments to ensure smooth deliveries.

  • Attend to customer inquiries.

  • Provide administrative support to the external sales team.

  • Demonstrate the ability to persuade clients with a strong understanding of the company's in-house products.

  • Respond to and manage customer details and phone calls.

  • Be proficient with office software, online resources, basic computer operations, and internet usage.
