We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Promote and upsell company products and services to meet customer requirements.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the execution of promotional campaigns, events, and special sales initiatives.
Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the team.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Experience in industries such as retail, food supply chain, or technology is an advantage but not required.
Skills
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales trends and provide feedback for improvements.
