Roles & Responsibilities
We are a small medium sized timber door installation company located at North of Singapore, seeking for a permanent admin staff.
Job Opening:
Seeking an administrative staff to provide support to our Quantity Surveyers and Procurement teams
Work day: Monday to Friday
Working hrs: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Qualifications:
Min. GCE'O'/'N' level/ ITE/Diploma in any disclipine
Prefer have at least 1 year related working experience in Admin, Purchasing or booking keeping roles
Knows Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Able to write and speak affluent English
Able to converse in Mandarin
Job Responsibilities:
Perform admin support in purchasing related tasks, including collating of reports
Provides general support to Quantity Surveyors, including making phones calls to respective stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc duties necessary for carrying out the departments objectives
