Key Responsibilities
The Staff Assistant to the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer (CSCO) will play a pivotal role in providing high-level support and strategic assistance to the CSCO. Serving as a right-hand and confidant, the Staff Assistant manages critical tasks, coordinates operations, and ensures the smooth functioning of the CSCO's office. This position requires organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities, including communication, project management, and relationship-building.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects aligned with the CSCO's vision and organizational goals.
- Project Management: Collaborate with various teams to track and ensure projects are executed successfully, meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data to the CSCO, supporting data-driven decision-making and providing insights into operational performance.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the CSCO and internal/external stakeholders, including executives, department heads, clients, and partners. Facilitate clear and effective communication on behalf of the CSC
- Executive Support: Working in coordination various parties to coordinate meetings, review objectives and agendas for meetings, review (and prepare) materials for CSCO’s meetings, capturing meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Team Coordination: Work closely with other staff assistants, secretaries, teams, and departments to ensure coordination and alignment of efforts across the organization.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
