Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
Collect, verifying and submitting to ensure all the delivery order documents from customer or in-house at the time of product delivery and collection.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.
Display teamwork within team to ensure productivity targets / KPIs are met.
Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Operating equipment and machines, such as vans, lorries, forklifts, etc.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines and effectively prioritize and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Assist in the management of the day to day operations and Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by Company.
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years similar class driving experience with clean driving record.
Possess Class 3/4 driving licence.
Experience with goods handling preferred.
Knowledge of GPS equipment preferred
Capabilities of delivery route planning
Healthy and fit to load and unload products up to 25kg
Able to work OT, weekend and public holiday.
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
Good communication skills.
