Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be part of the SAP SuccessFactors team in Technology, supporting Human Capital initiatives and projects and be part of the team responsible for formulating, shaping and supporting the global HRIS landscape and strategy for the SATS group of companies. He/she will also be involved in hands-on configurations and setup, working closely with Human Capital and partners/development team for requirements gathering, analysis and design, integration, testing and project management. He/she will also be involved in providing global advisory for regional/global roll-outs.
- Technology Business Partner: Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and assist in implementing effective solutions.
- Solution architect Expertise: Provide architectural guidance and share leading/best practices for global HRIS setup/roll-outs
- Configuration Expertise: Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Performance Management and Goal Management, Time Management, Learning Management, etc)
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure HR applications comply with business controls, regulations, security, and audit requirements.
- Integration Projects: Assist in analyzing and implementing SuccessFactors integration projects, defining workflows, local and exception processes and value mapping artifacts.
- Holistic Analysis: Evaluate business needs, considering interdependencies, risks, and benefits to propose optimal solutions.
- Team Support: Motivate and guide the team to follow HR best practices.
- Project Management: Plan, manage, and implement projects, ensuring smooth and timely execution; manage resources, stakeholders, timeline/schedule, costs, risks, scope of work, quality of work, communications with project sponsors, business users, vendors and team members.
- Scope Definition: Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
- System Testing: Test system areas during implementation, upgrades, and other configuration changes.
- Integration Monitoring: Monitor and provide solutions for HR systems integration with other systems (e.g., Time management system, SAP S/4HANA, Concur), and third-party vendor solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to solve problems and implement changes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- User Support: Provide end-user support to ensure system adoption and ease of use.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and improvements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Partner with team members to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Global Rollouts: Support global HR systems rollouts.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 5-7 years of experience with SuccessFactors systems (including Employee Central, Data Integration, and Data Cleansing) is a must. Experience with Concur is preferred.
- SAP Core HR/Payroll functional & implementation background required.
- Experience in developing interfaces between SuccessFactors and other systems, including creating integrations using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is preferred.
- Proficiency in IT project management, developing, analyzing, and implementing technology solutions.
- 5-7 years of experience supporting HR systems and leading small teams to implement HR initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of HR applications and practices.
- Experience as a lead consultant in multiple (2+) regional/global SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects in various modules of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and propose effective solutions.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, and understanding for technical and non-technical audience
- Strong validation skills to ensure alignment with business sponsors, stakeholders, and management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members to follow HR best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to system upgrades and improvements.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
