• Support in the HR administrative.

• Scan and filing of documents.

• Perform data entry, maintain employee records in HRIS, process HR documentation, and handle confidential information with discretion.

• Monitor claims such as staff medical / dental claims.



Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O/ A levels, HINITEC or related field.

• Experience in administrative is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

• Able to start immediate and commit at least 4 months.
