Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum
Keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc.
Co-ordinate weekday and weekend docent tours/virtual tours for school visits, regular or special requests.
Welcome school groups to the museums or virtually, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.
Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.
Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes.
Requirements:
Posseses minimum a Diploma in Arts management, education, art, history, or museum/gallery-related fields.
Keen interest in Arts and Heritage.
Excellent interpersonal skills
