Job Summary:
The role of the Admin Executive is to support the Butchery team in administrative matters and consolidate order requests. Work closely with the Retail Butchery Team to support all Marketing & Retail Promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate orders from retail outlet, update to EPB system and inform customer service and purchasing dept
Sort and distribute incoming documents from retail outlets to relevant depts
Update the daily production schedule based on order form and supplier form
Monitor retail outlets’ petty cash disbursements and purchases
Assist with the opening of new outlet and prepare all items on list for setup
Arrange weekly side offer and advertise offer promotion at retail butcheries
Attend to outlet equipment breakdown and arrange for equipment servicing
Attend to request from retail outlets and replenish stationeries/forms
Participate in the Company annual stock take
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Admin / Accountancy, ‘O’ Level etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS-teams and Excel
Self-motivated, energetic, initiative, and able to work independently
Able to work on alternate Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri).
